Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Master card and Switch/Maestro, American Express Cards. We also accept cheques. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped unless it is a 'Special Order' item which will be clearly marked on the site. You may provide your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or by entering the details online in this store. We do not advise sending your card details via e-mail.
Order/Shipping Confirmation:
As soon as we receive your order we will confirm its receipt via an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provide us with. The order confirmation will include details on the products ordered, pricing including shipping costs and taxes. When the product is ready to ship we will provide a further e-mail notifying you of the shipping details.
Shipping address / special instructions:
We ship products from Monday to Friday. Credit card orders will be shipped to the address registered with your credit card bank only.
Shipping And Handling:
We do not charge for handling and the shipment costs are based on weight and volume. Your shipping costs will be clearly quoted when you view your basket and before you go to checkout.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges:
All of the prices shown include UK VAT at 17.5%.
VAT is not charged on goods exported outside the EEC.
Credit Card Security:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Returns Policy:
If you consider any item that you purchase to be not fit for its purpose, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act.
